Through positive word of mouth and promotion, the volume of clients reached a point where trading hours were extended to 12 hours per day, 6 days per week. In addition to this, another 12 staff were hired to service the increased business in various roles. Eventually, the business outgrew the premises and after two years of development, the current studio in Subiaco was opened in late 2004. The studio currently serves as not only as the franchise support office and training centre, but also as the model studio for the national and international development of the business.
